The client needed a fully self-hosted customer relationship dashboard that would reduce external dependencies, remove ongoing database hosting costs, and scale seamlessly to manage both service partnerships and end-user client pairings. The existing tooling relied on fragile third-party integrations and offered no unified view of partner-to-client relationships.

DECOUPLED INGESTION Designed a modular data ingestion layer that pulls partner and client records from multiple source systems into a normalised, version-controlled structure — removing direct runtime dependencies on any single external service. 2. IMMUTABLE JSON SNAPSHOTTING Engineered a static compilation pipeline that captures relationship data during the build phase and serialises it into a highly secure, locally hosted JSON schema — providing a permanent, tamper-evident data snapshot with zero query latency. 3. ZERO-CROSS-TALK ARCHITECTURE Configured Next.js data-fetching protocols to serve the dashboard entirely from local snapshots, eliminating runtime network dependencies on legacy backend infrastructure. The result is a self-contained admin environment that remains fully operational even if upstream services go offline.
